Our Open Source Commitment
We believe in the power of transparent, community-driven innovation. That’s why we actively develop and maintain a range of FOSS projects available to developers worldwide:
- Ditana GNU/Linux: An Arch-based distribution designed for people who want to know what their system does. Its installer asks about the hardware it has actually detected and names the cost of each hardening option it offers, and every build of its package repository is published for anyone to check.
- zelph: A reasoning engine where rules, predicates and numbers are nodes within the same graph, so logic and data share one shape. It reasons over the complete Wikidata knowledge graph on a single machine and has surfaced thousands of consistency violations there.
- nexuslua: A framework that brings true hardware multithreading to Lua scripts through an asynchronous agent model.
- Cbeam: A modern C++ library for concurrency and data sharing.
- acrionphoto: A Qt image editor in which every heavy operation is a plugin that cannot block the interface.
- Ditana Assistant: A cross-platform assistant that turns a request into shell commands, using a local model or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint.
Funding and Recognition
zelph is supported by NLnet’s NGI0 Commons Fund for Auditable Reasoning over Linked Open Data, with financial support from the European Commission’s Next Generation Internet programme and from the Swiss State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation. Earlier work on zelph was funded by two Wikimedia Community Fund grants, both completed and reported.
